Tea is finally breaking out of
its familiar role as an accompaniment to afternoon tea fare and emerging as a

characteristics, and the expertise of the plantation manager and the blender. But,
also like good wine, there is only a limited quantity of premium tea available

generally has only one-third the caffeine content of a typical cup of coffee.

Ingredients
5 cups water
1/3 cup Ceylon black tea leaves
or 15 tea bags
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
1 cup white sugar
6 cups pineapple juice
1 cup lemon juice
1 ltr club soda-chilled
Method
Bring water to boil, add tea
leaves and keep to infuse, add nutmeg and keep 5 minutes. Stir and strain into
a punch bowl, add sugar and cool. Mix in the fruit juice. When ready to serve
mix with chilled soda and pour over ice cubes.
