Have you ever cooked another delicious Srilankan dish stuffed with squid?

Ingredients

  • squid
  • Big onion
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Carrot
  • potatoes

  • Rampa curry
  • Pepper powder
  • Yellow powder
  • salt
  • Cups of coconut milk
  • Lime juice
  • Curry powder
  • Chili powder

Method

Clean the squids, wash them well, and keep the heads and stomachs separate.

 To prepare the filling, clean the potatoes and carrots and cut them into small squares.

Then steam it.

 Put some oil in the pan and when it is hot, add 2 tablespoons of the white onion paste, a piece of curry paste, and a piece of Rampa.

After that, add turmeric powder and pepper, the boiled carrots and potatoes, add salt to taste, and remove from the stove.

 Allow the curry to cool down a bit, stuff the squid, and place the head of the squid so that the stuffing does not come out and stick a toothpick.

(Mung beans, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc. can be used for this filling)

Heat a little oil again in a pan or on a blanket and as before, mash the ginger and white onion paste, add the curry powder and the big onion to make the tempura. When the onions are tempering, add three to five tablespoons of powder, a teaspoon of chili powder, and add the coconut milk.

Then spread the stuffed squid on top of this prepared curry. the

Before removing it from the stove, add lime juice to taste and remove from the stove...
